Farewell to the Holidays!!
Today is the first day that you can order from the new Occasions Mini and Sale-a-Bration catalog. As such, I wanted to post the last few remaining projects I had from the holidays.
The first is an engagement card I did with Christmas Cocoa Specialty paper. The cards which is the 5 1/4" square worked perfectly for the die cut ring box made with the Sweethearts cartridge and my circut machine. The sentiment which is from a retired stamp set was stamped in Real Red and then accented with sponging using pastels. A little gemstone sticker added the final touch of bling.
This second card shows you that gold and black work great for Christmas. Using a square base in Basic Black, I used some leftover holiday paper from my stash. Though cutting the Noel phrase was easy, I was challenging to make sure the middle of the "e" and "o" stayed a place. TIP: For the inside of the black cards I use my signo gel pen or white rub-ons.
Well, all good things must come to an end. So, out with the old and in with the new. Do you have a new Catalog?? If not, send me an email and I can get one out in the mail to you. You don't want to miss this!!!
