PPA 24: Sketch Challenge

It's Thursday and you know that means the first PPA challenge of 2010. For this challenge I am actually the Featured Artist. It is always great to be featured with some the amazing designers of Pals Paper Arts. This sketch was so easy that it lent itself to using some of my new goodies from the Occasions Mini and Sale-a-bration catalogs.

I started with A2 Whisper White Card base
The background layer is in Razzleberry Lemonade DSP
The strip was Crushed Curry textured punched with the new Scallop Trim Edge Punch
Melon Mambo was the outside layer for my image, which is from the new set "Like-O-Meter". This stamp set is a great deal at $8.95. You can also color in the meter to whatever level you like, which I have yet to do.
The image is stamp in Rich Razzlebery on Whisper White 2 3/4" ssquare
I used the ticket corner punch on both layers
Rich Razzleberry polka dot grosgrain ribbon adds some pop to my strip.
Lastly, I accented with some white brads from the Neutrals set and the photo corner punch outs in Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo

This was such a great just because card that can be given to anyone, friend, family, spouse. I mean the stamp is so versatile because of the ability to customize the level.
